Returns & Exchanges
Please make sure you are totally satisfied with your design before submimtting it. If you are not 100% happy with your Ideal case then send it back to us within 14 days. Any exceptions will be at our sole discretion.
Faulty items can be exchanged or refunded.
Any returned item(s) will only be accepted if they are sent back to us within 14 days of them being delivered to you, unless we have agreed otherwise.
The Return/Exchange form on the back of your invoice must be completed and sent back with the item.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in its original packaging.
Where an item is faulty, we will only refund the reasonable cost of returning the item to us.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the item back using a service which can be tracked.
Original delivery charges are only refundable where the item is faulty and a refund is made.
Return or exchange requests for items purchased directly through one of our authorised retailers should be processed directly through that retailer. We only accept returns for purchases made through the website.

Don’t forget to include the original proof of purchase. As we are providing cases for so many Ideals we will never be able to match up a case without a reference so unfortunately anything returned to us without the original proof of purchase will be returned without being replaced, at your own expense.
